*Lizard aims the gun at the wall and fires a blue portal. He stares very curiously into the pure blue oval that just appeared on the surface. After a few moments of gazing into the blue void he aims the gun at the base of his floor fan and fires an orange portal. The resulting effects happen so quickly that Lizard's brain can barely register what is taking place.
First the solid blue oval seems to materialize into a gaping hole in the wall, and inside the hole he sees the bottom of his floor fan. The materialization took about a millionth of a second, and instantly his fan came zooming out of the wall and crashing into some shelves. Those shelves are knocked into the orange outlined hole on the ground and fly out of the blue outlined hole in the wall, resulting in even more damage and mayhem.
With things crashing and breaking all around him as even more things fall into the orange oval, Lizard does a great leap and belly flops into the bathroom. Before he could witness what else was happening in the living room he closes the bathroom door and huddles inside the shower. Meanwhile all sorts of scary noises boom, screech and crash from outside the door. Blue and orange lights flash through the cracks in the doorway as the gun is most likely being tossed around by all the flying debris. It takes a few minutes for the chaos to die down. And as soon as one last clink of metal sounds with no other noise following, Lizard uncurls from his fetal position. When he convinces himself that all is done he tries standing up, hitting his head hard on the shower tap. He's knocked out cold.*
