Yes, I used Manga Studio EX 4 for lineart, got it cheap off of Amazon. But mostly I use this because I cannot figure out the pen tool in SAI and Manga Studio makes it easy by having the pen tool act like an actual pen instead of getting all complicated like pen tools in other programs.
