I didn't feel like reading through all the replies BUT has anyone told you yet how you can go with out the white spots? If not I myself work in colored pencils, wide variety of them. There are a few ways. Probably the easiest is Prisma colorless blending pencil. Good for blending wax based pencils.

No they normaly don't cost that much. Think like little over $2 for two pencils. They work great.

Okay, my new one. It's a test cover for a comic I'm starting. It is not the final cover, as that job is up to Dtannings. It is just a computer coloring test but took me forever to draw and finish anyway....
.....What do ya'll think? Good? Or bad? :'( Best if zoomed in, naturally.

OMG, how could you not love this
?! That's awesome, it's something you'd find on a manga in a store, I mean it's got professional steaming off the cover. That hair is beautiful and it goes with the flow of the background in the hue, it's awesome!

Love the hair, love the rose idea (seriously, the roses are quality), body looks kinda funky, but hey we can't win everything.

"Parents always think kids are wasting their youth, and always have done [so] down through the millennia," says Tom Forsyth of RAD Game Tools. "'That Ug, always holding things. His front paws will develop in funny ways. Why can't he walk on all fours like normal proto-hominids?' And so, whatever the kids spend the most time doing, that's always what parents think is a waste of time, and what is corrupting their lives. It doesn't matter what that is. If all they did was homework, parents would be worrying that their kids aren't becoming well-rounded people. And, in fact, parents do this - enrolling math nerds in karate classes and the like. There is no way to win - parental paranoia ensures that kids are always doing the wrong thing."

Alrighty, well, Katie started a webcomic. I have to warn you...it is absolutley terrible. I hate it and it needs a re-do. Basically, it was just practice for the real deal. I'm happy with some of it....want to burn other parts of it to death. I noticed that it looks a lot better in color or else just plain lines than with tones, so if I ever re-do it I need to take that into consideration.

I made a fursona for Crevan recently...what you think? He's supposed to be taking off his shirt, but I couldn't quite illustrate that properly...the hands were giving me trouble.
