I can relate. I was pretty much in the same place you are, four or five years ago.
You should definitely talk to your doctor about it. I know exactly what you mean too, about losing your creativity. It can be kinda scary going through the process of seeking help, but if your emotions are affecting your lifestyle so much that it could seriously impact your future in a negative way, then something needs to be done about it. Give it a try, at the very least, and if you don't like what's happening, your doctor can change or stop the medication.
I do hope you can realize that all is never lost, though. You're still young and have a lot of time ahead of you. Who cares whether or not you've kissed someone? It doesn't make you any less of a person. It's just high school drama junk that makes you stress when there really is no good reason to. Don't think too much about what you haven't done, and think more about what you can do for the future.
