Granted, you're split in two halves across your waist. Your whole body also still functions as well as it can for being cut in two. That means your lower half can still walk, but it can only go by what the head on your upper half sees. Oh, and you'll still feel it if your lower half runs into anything. You can move your upper half with your arms, if you want.
