Salutations! From Fawkes

Hello all!

My name is Fawkes, and I am a transgender vixen. I just want to get this out of the way so everyone knows: I do believe that being a furry is part of my personal life and part of my identity. I also connect it to my sexual orientation and I am looking for a community that respects and accepts that.

I was first on FurAffinity, but I was repeatedly yelled at online because I used the words "come out" . I am on this website to seek friends who I can talk to about being a furry online but also in the real world.

I apologize if all of these terms offend you, but this is how I describe myself personally. I'm not looking for anything more than a few friends.

Now that all of that jazz is out of the way, I love pottery, I love anthropomorphic art, poetry and short stories. I am happily in a relationship, and I am looking forward to contributing to conversations on the forum!

 I love sculpting, but I'm looking to join a pottery guild in my area. I would love to make them and then paint them :) I want to do it as a hobby and sell them when I retire, but that's a long way off considering I'm only 16.

I feel so at home and welcomed. I'll definitely be staying for a very long time  ^_^

You guys also inspired me to sketch my first anthro picture last night! YAAAY! Only she doesn't have human-like hair and she's not wearing pants... lol

I'll be posting it on dA, and I might use it as my picture on here but I want to sketch another one that looks more like me. I tried doing the digital art, and I was absolutely horrible at it. I need my pencils! But I'm going to probably just take a picture of my "good copy" and upload that  XD

I'm quite new here myself and I've seen that a lot of people if not everyone here is very warm, welcoming and accepting. I hope you find that here and make new friends.
