Tarot Questions

Don't know where this is supposed to be, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place... (Cringes)
Trying to learn how to read them, but some problems in that...

1) Don't know how, and don't know were to find someone who can teach me
2) Don't have a deck. xD


So if someone could be so kind as to direct me to some sort of resource, that would be great! :D
Even better if someone could teach me how here. :)

My friend Starbeast on FA is doing free ones, and since I'm trying to learn, I may do free ones too. :)
