Im sorry you had a fursuiter who couldnt handle themself ruin it all for you  D: but i never touch anybody without asking them and even then i would just give thek a simple hug or pat on the back..... its fursuiters like the one you mentioned that ruin the outlook of all fursuiters even tespectable ones
