I was thinking Riolu just to mix things up a little bit. I'm always a Charmander with a Chikorita, seeing as Charizard is the species of my tertiary 'sona. But Riolu seems to be less diverse in the very beginning, and a good bit weaker than Charmander. But, I am leaning more towards Riolu simply for the fact that it does, in fact, actually have an egg move, unlike Charmander.
