The only time I ever get a chance to go shooting is when both my uncle, me, and his gun are in the same place, which is rare.

Surplus ammo is a gamble, its military, but you don't know why they discarded it. It could be that they had too much, or it could be that there is some sort of flaw with it. Target ammo is inferior, you'll get more jams and misfires, and of course the high dollar stuff is just plain better, less jams, more accurate, more damage.

That makes sense, my uncle buys his from the hunting store, he avoids the Wall-mart brand shells.
