That's where you are wrong. It's actually thoughts like that that get people driving trucks into accidents.
Not all trucks are four-wheel drive (mine is, but it wasn't in four-wheel drive at the time) and even when they're in four-wheel drive, they can still slip on the roads. Four-wheel drive is never a guarantee of not slipping on slick roads, which is something they don't really teach you in driving school. I have all-terrain tires and they're not a guarantee of not slipping either, even combined with four-wheel drive.
