i've dealt with this infection for 3 or 4 months because i kept forgetting to bring it up to my doctor.... it's the treatment that's getting to me... i have to put the Basitracin on a q-tip and apply it directly to the back wall of my ear... It hurts like hell for some reason (normally it shouldn't hurt), and then i have a fit of gagging... My gag reflex is very sensitive and i keep getting a really horrible taste on the back of my tongue that makes me gag....

wait.....how is that possible?!! your ears and throat shouldn't be connected in a way that this could happen.......and sometimes swearing can help people deal with pain, but pain killers generally work better
