Well..its easy to find out.  just get a recipie for caramel, mint chocolate chip cookies, and fudge.  
The fudge must be hot fudge so its like...not solid.  you need to make a spot for it in the cookie, put it in the cookie then put more cookie dough on top like a blanket.  

Once the cookies are done cooking, you must use one of those turkey squirter things or a spoon and pour caramel all over the cookie.  make sure to flip it over so you can get the back too.

Or just soak the cookie in caramel like its cookies in milk
