The first two usually cost money and being of an age group higher than 17, most of which is not the case on this forum *in my opinion* and a lot of people don't like the cold. Now if I had that liberty, you can bet I'd be out there. 32 or less is the magic number for United States, 20 or less is for elsewhere ;D
