science fact: you feel more tired after a nap because your body takes longer to turn back on, so to speak. i can't remember all of it but i think it was a 15 minute nap is better than an hour so yea....(trails off)...ill be quiet now.....

Maybe that's why I feel so tired after taking naps. My naps usually last 2-3 hours.
