I believe it's how he thinks. One can't control how another thinks.
I would think that someone who was "good" would be an abomination in the eyes of someone "evil".

I was particularly confused by the idea that it was an abomination because if it's many arms, among other things; it's not like an agent of Chaos wouldn't have seen his fair share of mutations
