Gabag... none of the faceless know who they were... so can you please modify that post.... also, I myself control the Faceless heros.... I'll use the marines, but I'm the one controlling them.

Umm, is it ok if I control some captains, they were going to attack Howl in a group of three, not all at once of course, one at a time. I somewhat took the concept from Gabag, but decided that Hero's were a bit much.

Okay... I just... grr....

I honestly don't want people to start taking control of the Faceless, since until Xleena posts, its the only way I can actually keep with the rp....

I couldn't stop gabag because he, being himself, posted before I could even realize he made two characters and threw them into his rp before I could even see the OCC... hence the post above.

Also, Captains account for 20% for a reason: they rarely attack head-on, using strategy over brute force.

Heros can do both, which is what  makes them heroes instead of really strong Grunts.

I'll just stick to "aim and shoot" but no more hits from me unless they are literally up-close and personal.

Well, I'm not going to take control of a hero, my "under-developed" vocabulary and story writing couldn't possibly conjure up the criteria necessary to explain such an epic battle in eye-opening and mesmerizing detail.

In other words, it would turn out like this: "SWING SWING SWANG KLING CLANG BOOM!" So I'd rather not even have to work with that type of responsibility when it comes to those types of scenarios.

Sorry i'm too speedy for myself

TOO IMPETUOUS TO POST

if it helps I can remove my post

also Howl, just because you see Gabag do something that looks cool, more often then not means it's a horrible idea

Hehe, well, I think it was a good idea, at least on the lines of creativity and complexity, but with the terms relating the rest of the RP and it's ideals...ya. Though I have an excuse, I'm an Aries on sun signs, and I'm supposed to be an egotistical, brave, wondrous and rebellious being who puts his needs in front of everyone else's, unless the need for the other is dire. Funny how that basically describes me perfectly. MY POINT IS: I'll do things without thinking about someone else who's involved.

Plus, I've already planned out how my fights going to be, and in the end...well, I don't want to give it away. :P

In other words, it would turn out like this: "SWING SWING SWANG KLING CLANG BOOM!" So I'd rather not even have to work with that type of responsibility when it comes to those types of scenarios.
The issue wasn't all about controlling the captains...
Another legion of faceless soldiers marched onto Howl's position, which he wouldn't willing give up. "Oh great, when I thought they learned their lesson the first time, they just come back for another woop'in!" He raised his shortsword and charged into the faceless mass, cutting them down as easily as before. He stood in a clearing in the middle of the faceless's lines, where he caught his breath and looked around him. His enemy began to recede into the surrounding forest. "Ah, so looks like the stupid things know when to give up!" Then, figures emerged from the forest shadow. Three captains carrying a different weapon stepped into the clearing, one with a spear, another with a longsword, and the last with a bow and arrow. The archer spoke, and they formed a triangle around Howl. "We challenge you to a duel, one at a time." Howl smirked and looked to the captain with the bow. "Well, if you get a couple more of your friends, then it would be a fair fight!" "Do not under estimate us, Knight." "Oh, we'll see how good you really are, won't we? Come and fight, if you dare." "As you wish..." The captain looked to the spearman and nodded, and the spearman stepped up.

1. Captains only engage on their own if all the grunts they have commanded are destroyed, even they try to find more grunts to distract you before they even use their weapons. (Captains are just 'elite' grunts when alone, their prowess is in out-maneuvering and out-witting)
2. Only heroes regained the knowledge of speech, Captains use signals and gestures to command Faceless.

beyond that, I like how you're totally underestimating them....

Oh, got the wrong idea about them. Also, I haven't been on this RP long enough (If this type of stuff was explained in the past) to know most of the details about these being, so you must forgive me on that part.

Also, I thought they weren't supposed to even match up to the Hero's, considering it only takes a paragraph to take down one captain but three whole posts to take down a Hero.

Because Captains have no mastery over their skills, while 'Heros' have complete mastery over their close and long range weapons.

Actually, I have to either remove the exception for the one-post for 3 heroes, or have the person post twice, since it would take insane coordination between three heroes to kill the hero on the first attack.

Oh...now I just feel stupid. Thinking I could best a captain without knowing it's true description, yet if they're not smart enough to even talk, than out-witting would probably be out of the question, but then again: What do I know?

So, Chrono, did I do anything that you didn't like in my post or was it okay since I didn't really control anybody?
Just don't want you getting mad at me for taking your part or anything. :)

Ahh, battles, they be fun.
I would like to add divinities can take out Heroes in one post considering their amount of power!

Anddd I hope these faceless classes aren't causing arguments, because the aims to have fun instead of having battles outside the RP.

ENOUGH OF MY SERIOUSNESS.

I was wondering if Anyone was interested in having a divinity as another character? I know a lot of the new ones might not of known you can have numerous characters in the RP, nevermind it being a divinity. If you don't thats fine, but the offers open and also to remind veterans of the RP ahahh!
Wherever the wind blows, you will hear my voice whisper in your ear.
