Yes but still I don't think some one not of the hunters would randomly have a sniper rifle, thats the biggie in my opinion, the shields are okayish with me know because they are self defense but a sniper rifle?  How is that a defensive weapon?

Actually, I didn't quite finish up my entry, I had to leave soon, I forgot to write I'm kind of looking into joining a side, thus the reason of being neutral for now and carrying weapons just in case I get to join someone, be prepared for action. I think that I'll ditch it tough, I don't want to be too heavy.

That may be true, but how would a non hunter citizen get their hands on that hardware in the begining.

Miscellaneous information: A Reploid created right before the dawn of Neo Arcadia, Salissar wanders the Earth in search of any remnants of the Mavericks that destroyed his creator on his own. Using his creator's facility after the incident, he maintained himself for centuries in the secret place... making a 'haunted lab ghost story' come to life to scare off anyone that would dare venture close without his approval.

Alright, I need one last post from everyone indicating what setting they would like to start at. And do please be as detailed as you can be.

My starting-point will be on the outskirts of a ruined seaside laboratory set up much like a small fortress, a small evergreen forest surrounding it with no less than a half mile thickness to every side except to the sea. A river delta runs to the east as woods are thicker to the west. The sea is to the south and to the north, after about a half a mile of woods, is a set of rolling grass plains.

My character's mission/reason is simply just exploration and retrieval of any useful information/technology.

Rom is patrolling in the (city?) where a lot of citizens reside. she walking the inner streets making sure the peace is kept. she had just gotten off her shift for patrolling the parmeter of the city abut 300 yards from city limits. the city is a dark gun metal gray color on the outside. there are many skyscrapers and large wearhouses. (is that OK)

Salissar remains steadfast in his protection and determination to preserve the secret of the lab. After his creator's death and through several damages in battle his directive got scrambled into believing his master's lab is a sacred place for him to protect until his creator's return. Obviously that won't happen because he is dead. He has carefully and meticulously trapped and sensored the place and its surrounding areas. The lab is located within a secret entrance in a run down warehouse.
