I've been doing 20 at a time now, not just cuz the math's easier, but they've been becoming a bit easier, not a little but a wee bit.^^

i can't do 20 at a time i have to do 10 then do 10 sit ups then back to pushups, i can't do the 4th set ca's my abs burn so bad

So, things to NEVER do tierd (it's almost 6 AM and i've been up all yesterday) i would definetly add handstand pushups (i had my feet on a wall) to that list..... so many ways that would have ended wrong.....
