Okay, i know I'm gonna get rotten food thrown at me for this :squish: but here i go anyway lol
Push ups are the name of the game, try and reach 1K push ups by doing a few every day and putting the number in here, i think it could be a good motivator! Also, go ahead and put your count in your siggy :D be proud!
I'll go first with an obvious 0
(I'm starting the count as of now and ignoring and prior push ups, even ones i did today)
WARNING: you CAN hurt yourself from trying too hard, take it easy!
EDIT: this might be a good format to use to keep track in the thread
Update: (the # of pushups you just did and are using this post to count)
Total: (The total number of pushups you have done so far)
and for your siggy:
PUSHUPS: (# you have done) Down, (# you have left to do ti'll one thousand) To go.

I listen to hardstyle techno for runs, it helps you pace your breathing. I'll listen to classic and doom metal in the gym to slow my pace down. And I listen to a bit of everything (random) during muscle failure.

I can ony do the girly pushups with my knees on the ground so yeah it don't count.

that counts too, as long as you do them it's good, this isn't a competition, it's a reason to do a few and get better, try and do like ten a day and throw em' up on here, eventually you'll be doing straight back regular push ups!
trust me it's a huge boost of confidence :D

I've been doing 20 at a time now, not just cuz the math's easier, but they've been becoming a bit easier, not a little but a wee bit.^^

Count me in for this. I'm going to do a different kind though which I don't know if anyone else would want to attempt. I may have a friend take a picture of the type I'm going to attempt.
On a side note the ones I'm going to attempt could possibly be hazardous not too sure yet. XD
No one test my push ups alone if you ever try them. They are incredibly dangerous alone and strain your arms big time. I nearly broke my neck trying to get back into a safe position. >>; I'll go to normal push ups until I can get a friend around to help.

I'm not standing on my head, but you get the jist of it. It's very painful and slightly dangerous as I said I would advise not doing them until you can do probably 50 push-ups in one go. On that note I will stop attempting them because I cannot do 50 push-ups in a row. XD
