Bugs in general, though ticks have recently usurped the number 1 spot on my hitlist from bees.

Pills that are far too big to be swallowed comfortably.

Pills in general, outside of 'Left 4 Dead'.

Lyme disease.

Having to tell painful stories about your past to someone you love with all your heart, while you're scared to death that things might change forever afterwords.
