It really bothers me when people lick their fingers before turning the pages of a book or leafing through papers. I mean, I know it might help pull the pages apart, but unless he/she is the only person who's ever going to touch that paper, I just can't stand it. Sometimes my teachers do it when they're handing out papers... Every once in a while I can see the dampness in the corner of the paper. It just makes me cringe. :no:I, in fact, do that and it peeves me the people who think it's annoying. It evaporates in a matter of seconds anyway, and it's not like you're going to get some disease from it, if you do, I'll owe you 100$.

I agree with you on closed-mindness. I absolutely loathe those who are narrow-minded, know it, and continue to spout their hateful ramblings even after they realise that they are wrong.
I have an odd, cold dislike of those who value appearance more than personality or those who see love as a means to do 'certain things', not as actual love. The one you can love could be incredibly ugly and be hundreds or even thousands of miles away, but if you truly love them, that won't matter. Totally agree. I hate when people are texting during movies too. They think that just because it doesn't make noise that it isn't bothering anyone, but the light from the phone is almost blinding in the dark atmosphere.

i sorta agree.. though i really get irked when someone doesnt get credit for the original just because everyone prefers the cover.. Hurt is a perfect example.
so many people dont give Nine Inch Nails any credit for it at all, so many people think Johnny Cash actually WROTE the song. sure, Cash's version is amazing, but at least give NIN some respect for it too! >_>

He IMs me the other day and kicks up a sob story on how no one loves him, he can't find a mate and he wants to kill him self. So I tried to help, I told him that there is someone for everyone and no life is worth waisting but no, but according to him 'his' misery is special, nothing will work out for him, that no one will ever love him ever, that he had given up and didn't want to even try, that he had depression and his life was worthless.
So I told him off, quite hostly.
I can't stand 'Pitty me' BS, people who pull it need to grow up! If you don't want to try to solve your own issues then you deserve to be miserable, it disgusts me when people get all whiny and emo. I am diagnosed bipolar and clinical depression, I was abused as a child and have gone through some really rough times, thus I have no tolerance for people who sitback and cry about there problems instead of trying to fix them.
I hate how bags of Doritos are always only half full when you open them.

When people are rude to old people just because they're old. grr :boom: grrspeaking of not respecting elders, we went to Applebee's on the weekend, this guy had a serious case of road rage, in the parking lot, he ran out of his car, and went to the window of the old guy, screaming curses like it was nothing, with my dad and the guy's girlfriend tryin to calm him down.
(I'm on the bus home, and we're at a light. There's a old man walking down the sidewalk in Indian garb. The ignorant.... fools at the back are all "Oh [s-word]! Look at that old piece of [s-word] You have anything to throw at him?" Then they started to yell "Hey Ghandi!", "Its'a Mario", laughing at him and a bunch of other obscene stuff... and he walked away without a word. What has the world come to when our elderly can't even take a walk on a nice day without a bunch of hooligans ridiculing them. Its better than them laying around at home letting their health decline without excerisng at all...)

For me, it's the dry lips and when I open my mouth to yawn or what ever, the result is THE WORST (my lips skin will be torn and blood will come out. :'( It really hurt!!!)

- Singing. {Unless your a musical artist with an amazing voice, I don't want to hear you sing! D<}
- Horrible grammar, online or offline.
- Being watched over my shoulder without my permission or knowledege.
- Drama.
- When someone tries to be funny and they really aren't.
- When people on MSN/AIM message me a million times and don't get the hint I'm ethier:
a.) Ignoring them.

b.) Busy.- People who walk so freakin' slow in front of you.
- Hypocrites.
- Txt/Online or any form of messaging to break-up with someone. {If your gonna leave someone, atleast CALL them.}
- Being asked constantly to do something even though I've all ready said "No."

I get really annoyed when I'm sitting in class and the teacher runs out of space on the board and erases it, leaving little un-erased streaks of chalk.
