Heh sorry if five days is reviving a dead topic but I think it is still a livley time. Anyways mines a bit odd on how I became one...But here it goes and please DUN HATE MEH.

I was originally a SA member and actually used to troll Furs a LOT but after weeks of studing exactlly what I was backing up I realized that infact the trolls were the dumb side of this (Although that Anna with Furries thing kind of scared me...) (<---That was my brainwash treatment.) But I looked into it and not everyone is bad I mean I even found out a few of my friends are furries (No names sorry.) And after all the long hard thinking I wanted to be accepted by a group of people who might understand me and my love of animals. (22 cats, 5 dogs, used to have a hamster, Rabbit and lizard and even two birds when I was super young.) It took me until now to realize I was practically mocking myself. I am sorry guys for offending  :'( Best to stop looking in the past eh? Anyways thats a simple version of my story It would take forever to make the full story (only left out a few of the reasons my hate of fur back then but there silly and I grew over them.)

How did I become furry?  It's a funny story, actually.  I've been intrested in the fandom for a few years before after my cousin showed me fchan, but I never met any furs IRL (cept for my cousin, who's just in it for the pr0n), until about 5 months ago when a certain ringtail came into my shop looking for ammunition (I work in a gun store, turns out I sold him his M59 and PT24/7 earlier without even knowing he was a fur).  He had a MFF shirt on and I just started talking to him.  He invited me to the next furmeet where I met some awesome people and had alot of fun.  Was gonna go to anthrocon with him, but unfortunately my family is making me go to a wedding

Well, I wouldent say I became one, but rather I just stumbled across a few sites and read through them, and found a few things interesting that are tied to my native american back ground, which upon read further I found better grounds on how to express that part of me that is a spirit. *Shrugs* I want go to far into my reason simply because we all have ower reasons to being with in the furry community. Even with in the community we all are subjected to judgment to how and why we are fur's, so it's best to keep such reason to my self unless you get o know me as a person first.

Heh, I've allways liked animals ever since i was younger...as for how i came into the fandom well i was on the internet one day when i was...10 or so and i decided to look up the lion king >< heh yeah call me immature if you want but i don't really care i still watch the movie at least 3 times a year. So anyways i looked up the lion king and found some drawings of the cast upright and walking...dressed in clothes and so on, so i kept searching on and found that it wasn't only of the lion king but of other animals as well... after that i was slowly sucked into the fandom, developed my own fursona, and began drawing, Rping, and writing brief stories.
