Pyrus's Potions and Elixers.

[Pyrus]

"When can you start? and do you need lodging? for I can provide anything you need."


[Pyrus gives Roxi a warm smile]

[KeahiNimbusLeHyena]

"Whenever you'd like! And I have a place. It's just a bit far. But I promise to be here on time!!" She quickly affirmed. Beaming at the nice opportunity.

[Pyrus]

"Well... what do you know of alchemy or the alchemical process"


"You can start now if you've nothing to do today"
[Pyrus inquiers]


"Just so I know where to begin with teaching"

"I've experimented a bit, and can identify a few things. But, not sure of certain reactions, hence experiments, hence four fires and shrinking a few items. None of which were mine. . ." She winced slightly at this thought.

[Pyrus]

"Perfect, starting from basics"


[Pyruse seems happy to have a student willing to learn]


"First off, do you know what KNO3 is?"


[Pyrus asks testing Roxi]

(Changing. Going to work trivia night. Gotta be there by 6, central time also totally didn't use something to cheat  )
"Potassium nitrate is a chemical compound with the chemical formula KNO₃. It is an ionic salt of potassium ions K⁺ and nitrate ions NO₃−, and is therefore an alkali metal nitrate. It occurs in nature as a mineral niter." She stated. "Chemicals I'm decent with."

"Now, do you know how to render it threw primitive means with nothing but straw, cooking pot and a metal colander spoon?"


[Pyrus smirks knowing Roxi will probably not get it]

"I am honestly not sure. I need to learn for a reason of course. May I ask how?" She questioned, tilting her head.

[Pyrus]

[Pyrus chuckles a bit to himself]


"Well, this goes back to a medieval way of obtaining it, first one must gather straw, then over the course of six to eight months you must introduce uric acid at least three to four times a day then boil it in a cooking pot then scoop the white froth that appears on the top of the water"

[lightstone]

[Pyrus looks at the fox with a dead serious look]
"I'm no snitch."
[Pyrus sighs}
"If I told on people, most of my high priority customers would be in the dungeons. Allegedly however, regicide is something i've come accustomed too over the years fox. Kings do things that the subjects refute, rebellion sparks and there I am at the heart to aid the revolutionaries... This isn't my first, nore will it be my last..."
[Pyrus gives a wicked grin to the fox, his words seep out of his mouth almost like a black mist, his eyes almost seem to take on a crimson glow.]
"So if my assumption is correct... what 'special' items are you looking for?"
[Pyrus bears his teeth in a wicked smile]

"a permanent fish transformation would do good"

[Pyrus]

"A permanent one will take some time"


[Pyrus ponders]


"What species would you like?"


[He looks at the fox]

She quickly wrote this down. Glancing to the fox. "Are you meaning to hide? Fish have a bunch of enemies, plus we fish ourselves. Maybe something better for hiding?" She proposed. Not liking the fact bigger fish, birds, furs, and more would take any fish as a snack.

[Pyrus]

[Pyrus looks to Roxi and smiles.]
"I love your enthusiasm, but if this gentle fox would like a potion, who are we to say what its for or how he uses it"

[lightstone]

"perfect idea! Give me a permanent goldfish transformation and a temporary wolf"

[Pyrus]

[Pyrus places the wolf potion on the counter then looks to Roxi]


"Roxi, would you be a dear and fetch me a few Brugmansia seeds, and Aconitum flowers from the greenhouse?"
[Pyrus points to the greenhouse door in the back of the shop]


"I'll also need some scales of the goldfish and a few of the Nematanthus flowers from the back as well"


[Pyrus gives a very warm smile to his assistant then looks back to the fox]


"Will that be cash, card, gold, silver, deed, or favor?"
[He grins at the fox]
