The way I found the fandom is a long story. Basically I like to go on an app called pictofile which is a funny pictures app similar to Ifunny but with a darker sense of humour. And there was a bit of a scandal (for want of a better word) with one of the admins who made an account that was called Rascal_the_furry. From what my friend told me he posted yiff which was immediately removed by the admins and it got everyone mad at furries (he did this so that he could make jokes abusing the stereotype of furries to get more likes) anyway they found out it was him and he got into trouble for it and I being me decided to properly research furries so I watched videos and went on wickipedia and discovered that you guys liked the same things I had for years (namely anthropomorphic art as well as posting on forums.)

The way I found this website is much more simple, I googled furry forums and this was the first result.

I also like to play video games and watch films, not to mention I spend a lot of time in online forums

That's a basic intro to me. Tell me some stuff about you guys and also I'm keen to find out more about furries in general.

Well, I'm Ventus Fall, the fur dragon. Been on here for about 4 years by now. I like to make art myself, I can't not art. Meaning: I have to draw. Having not drawn for 1,5 to 2 weeks makes my hands itchy to draw. I found that out just a few weeks ago
Besides Ventus I have a couple of other characters or fursonas as well, although Ventus is what most know me by, and she also represents my art side and my kind/helpful side (I'd at least like to think so ), so you'll probably see her around the most. *points at my avatar picture*  That's her

As for when people are usually on, it varies. Usually the whole day through, as members are from all over the world. Though I've noticed US and Europe is I think where most people are from here on the forums, so around times those people are awake, usually. Hope that helps? x3

Mostly I play on games like rainbow six and BO3 though I always love playing games from Bethesda like skyrim or fallout

Hi Max! Welcome to the forum, it's always good to see new faces in the fandom!

Generally, being a furry just means you are a fan of anthropomorphic art or characters. Whether you like to draw, act, or simply watch what others draw and create is entirely up to you.

Roleplay (creative writing) is very popular on these forums if you're interested, there are several threads related to it as well as forum games.

Furs are usually online at all times during the day, generally afternoons or nights. Even if not too many people are online, the forum games boards are the most active at all times and someone usually replies within a couple hours.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We're all generally a friendly bunch.
