Claim some land and create your own system of governance in which the currency is something easily gained like any random rock . . . .  boom free easy money from a place which is probably not actually recognized as a nation by most other nations and probably cannot be exchanged for other currency for the most part . . . but hey, money in that little region. . .  kinda . . .  :)
