Anyway: my brother gets 0 punishment and tuesday he can leave for a vacation of a week at the Spanish coast

If I sue how or let him be arrested my mom will lose the alimony case against my dad;
Meaning we would get less to no money making me to quite college and start working and if my brother would go to jail we will lose our house and this will be forced to move to a smaller vacant house and these kind houses are mostly the brick disasters filled with asbestos.
