hmmm are you able to get up and walk over to a cooler place and have you drank anything in the past say 2-3 hours are you sweaty and or have reddened skin

... I have a desk fan on when I feel overheated, its off right now coz im a little cooler right now... I have drank a lot of water today within the past hour... I don't have reddened skin and im not sweating....im in my room with the curtains closed so its quite dark... However i was outside earlier in the sun.. With a thick jacket on... I know I'm really stupid aren't I :P

You don't actually use hair spray do you? That's not good for the ozone... But I think they make more eco friendly types.
