I'm the most comfortable in a medium weather. To not say something stupid I'll say 22C. If I'm not mistaken it's around 70 or 75F, but I did that in my head just now.

70 is good, perfect even. But my favorite weather is when the air is crisp, and there's enough humidity to make it feel warm. I love days like that, they don't come around often.

We don't have that at all. There's hardy ever less than 40% humidity, and never in my life I've witnessed 20% or so.

Uhh... I don't know the numbers at all - I just know it's not usually that hot in England. Even in Summer our hot days are limited to about a weeks worth.  o.O
