I get sufficient sleep there Cecilia, I just take naps during the day (or mornings If I have to work) - I do get 8 hours of sleep - my body just got used to being nocturnal
A reason I do stay up late is I pick up my younger brother from his work, he gets out at 2 in the morning (not many buses running at that time)

Cecilia, I tried falling asleep at night before, all I do is just lay in bed tossing and turning unable to sleep.

Most nights I just spend listening to recommended music or watching random videos on YouTube, for me it's when most forums slow and rarely posted on (I'm guessing one side of the world is asleep - other side is hard at work or school)
