The Snack Den

*Iordan brings the ? a tasty vanilla shake so it can enjoy with the cheesecake, its made from the home made vanilla ice cream they made in den*


*get a smaller one for each younger ones to enjoy with dessert*


*what if I want one? I can make it, instead I go for more tacos*
*I tell ? as it enjoys dessert, and tell the six*
"how about some nachos next time?"
*I nom the taco*

*soons starts to finish the dessert, then nods* sounds good

*Firox folds a blanket nearby so ? can get in when it wants*


*Grace, Linette, Iordan, and Zoran all get close by and start to read a book to all, each get to read a page, some rad calmy, others too 'dramatic' - I lay nearby to listen too*


*I whisper to ?* "its for nooming, not throwing"
*I'm sure ? will do both if challenged*

*sticks tongue out again while finshing up*

(at least was short and fun, gives you chance to visit other places, and get some den fun as well - enjoy the rest of the day when you does)




*Vay picks up the empty plates*
*Firox tucks ? into blanket, leaving head out so it can listen to the slightly scary story, Firox sticks tail inside the blanket and lightly warms it up so ? is super cozy*


*Leafyz and Glaceyz keep reading the book, as ?, the six young, Firox,, and myself are cozy*
*the rest join in to listen and find a comfortable place to lay down*

night night there *rest after a bit*

*next day*
*as the rest sleep - I take with me Kev and Matt to the market*
"can we getz M&M's?"
"please"
*I smile* "of course, we will get some for all... first up lets get the ingredients for the nachos"

Spoiler for inside the market:

*first place we go to is to the chip aisle*
"alrighty you two, first things first, lets grab eight bags of the chips"
*as the two sit in the basket section, I move it closer to the chips*
"we will get four spicy and four nacho cheese"
*both the younger ones happily grabbing the large bags adding them to the cart*
*we also grab the small mixed bags for later snacking, two cheese and original and two spicy mix for late night nibbling*


*all happily watch as we go pass the aisle - chips on one side, and candy and popcorn on the other side*
*I tell both* "next up let's grab the candy and the M&M's too"
*I set the cart next to them... between us three we grab two each 'sharing size'*


*with the cart full of junk food for now - we move on to the meat department next*
"alrighty lets get the meat next for the topping"
*as I move the cart closer to the display window, both happily staring at the meat choices*
*I go with big chunks of tenderloin and sirloin, as we make our way down the sauce aisle to grab a marinade for the meat*

*during the trip, both Kev and Matt look around at all various food items and jars and bottles*


"next up we will get the cheese"
*both smile as we go back to one end of the store to grab three different kinds of cheeses, rest of the ingredients such as flour, butter, and milk we have in the den*


*no need to worry on veggies or spices, since the garden has them growing so nicely*

"Kev and Matt, before heading back" *both turn to look at me*
"we will get another item you two get to pick"
*both smile as I make my way back to the chip aisle, they get to pick couple of bags of popcorn, different options*
*lastly we stop by the soda and specialty drinks section, I grab couple of Dr. Pepper and Orange Crush*


*good thing I brought along a red wagon or it be too heavy to carry everything back.... now back in den, the two I pass them the bag of popcorn*

*back in den - as the Leafyz and Glaceyz continue the book from day before, all six Vees get to listen and nom popcorn and drink boxed apple juice*


*I help out Vay with the meat, and she does the veggies and grates the cheese*

*yawns and relaxes*

*Vay looks over, in a silly dramatic voice calls ?*
"Weep! sweetie ?, can I use your help! can't do it alone, its simple, but big, we should finish in time for nachos"
*waits for ? to arrive*




*I'm grating cheese*
*Firox cooking meat*

*nods and goes over*

*Vay tells ?* "would ask Joseph or Firox for help they are busy, you is best helper"


*will cause ? to giggle, as she calls Tgevothers Vees as well*
"What do I need help with?"
*brings out a cheesecake with blueberries on top*
"Just need help eating a tasty cheesecake"
*passes a big slice to all*

*giggles and starts to nom*

*I laugh so does Firox*
"You needed help eating a cheesecake?"


*Vay smiles*
"Yes, these sweethearts are happy to help out"


*as the Vees and Vay eat cheesecake, we finish up on the preparing of nachos*
