The Snack Den

* yawns while sleepily relaxes -*

*Jyo moves one way, wrapping paw around blanket - as nose lands on paw*

*pretty much Jyo closest to yawn, still sleeping*

*rest of us outside cooking*
*Do next mixes the marinara*
*Zai, Rose, Ariel and I make the round meatballs ready for baking*

*not long after, just as Vay wakes to help with pot for cooking meat, the bread arrives, still hot and resting*

* happily watches all cook *

*Fi twitches ears, looks right* "hai ???! we just making some meatballs sandwiches to eat, looks we is helping"


*Vay puts another pan over the hot water, and adds Alfredo spinach sauce mixture to it, and adds meatballs to them... yep, its ?'s favorite*
*another pan I put on the other meatballs to make marinara sauce*
*five helpers knowing this it the tougher part also sit and wait*


*smell of warm bread soon fills up the den*
*Sherrie passes ? a nice slice of warm bread to calm down the hunger pains*

* waves * hello there, sounds good 

* happily noms as I get some *

*Sherrie passes some to the five young helpers*




*once the meatballs done, Fi and rose get on side of the bread add cheese, extra spinach, extra veggies, when its done, Vay carefully adds a big layer of meatballs in the alfredo spinach sauce mixture, cuts the big sub in three parts, with Zai's help, toasts the top bread with some extra cheese so it melts on the bread*


*on a plate both Fi and Rose pass the plate to ?, both cutely saying* "enjoy ?"
*big, hot enough to enjoy without burning - eat bite should get a nice filling of veggies, couple of meatballs, and plenty of sauce*

*all five along with Vay and my help make some for everyone in the den, before we sit down to enjoy some too*

*silly part - I added a bit too much sauce on mine... can see the alfredo dripping from sub sandwich onto my lower paws, I don't even realize it, having a good time chowing down, those meatballs do taste so much better hand made by paws than the frozen store bought* 


*Sherrie ate half of hers and went out for dessert*
*comes back with dessert and finishes the second half of the sandwich*


*to be slightly different, Sherrie brings everyone apple juice*
*coffee for her and Vay - since none others like it*

*Sherrie carefully drinks the coffee so does Vay*


*I turn sideways ask for the dessert*
*Vay* "there is plenty, just finish the main meal first, you still have a couple of bites left"
*Vay smiles, seeing that ? and the young helpers finished - she brought out five desserts - set in the middle of all so they get to pick*


*strawberry cheesecake*
*mixed berry pie*
*lemon glazed cinnamon rolls*
*normal cinnamon rolls*
*pumpkin pie*


*Vay* "everyone likes something different, so Sherrie brough a couple of different desserts"
*I look at the lemon cinnamon rolls, and quickly finish nibbling the sandwich*

* happily enjoys some of the cheesecake *

*the two Vulpix, Zorro and Ariel go for the cinnamon rolls, Fi joins ? in the cheesecake, as Zai and Rose along with me join in with the lemon cinnamon rolls*


*over with Vay and Sherrie, well, they go for a pecan pie*
*Firox and Grace go with the berry pie*
*Arval sits next to ?, and enjoys the pumpkin pie*


*Jyo after waking first decides to make a half and half sub, one half marinara and the other half alfredo, sits next to ? to eat*

* playfully paws as I keep enjoying  * so good

"mmfffmmmmfff" *I try to speak with full maw*


*Vay looking annoyed* "Joseph, swallow first, mean to speak with mouth full"
*Arval almost finishes the entire pumpkin pie on its own* 


*Fi does nod from ?'s comment, some of the filling gets on small nose*
*similar with Zai and Rose - some of the cinnamon roll filling gets on face*
