ate too much chicken, with bone included, too quickly and chocked on a large bone

Had a heart attack from a giant poster with a fish on it

at a lemonade factory, jumped inside a large glass jar which filled with lemonade, drank it quickly, sadly when the lid came on, blocked the air, so you couldn't breath or escape

Wanted to pretend to be a panther so they painted their fur black but when they was walking late a night a driver couldn't see them, nu street lights on that road and didn't use headlights . Got hit

Tried to catch a falling star. It landed right on his head, so I guess he sort of did it...

drank something white thinking it was warm milk, the container was not labeled, didn't help that it was in a factory that makes vehicle tires

Played in the area where the tires were made and put inside one

got to close to a bright light it saw, thinking it was a camera, instead was the headlights of  fast moving bus

Rode a belt at quarry it didn't lead any where good, got crushes with the rocks

was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle, when it got hit by a driver that ran the red light, none on motorcycle survived
