Well then here I'm a baka, it has no meaning in the English dictionary, therefor no one that speaks English can get offended by it, nor is there any multi-defined terms in which people are labelled as in the English Language. There is also no way to take it out of context either because the word doesn't exist. In fact the only time the word was even in use by America was a slang term in WWII for the Ohka bombers used by the Japanese. However in its native language baka written as "馬鹿" literally translates into "Horse Deer" and in the first officially definition of the word was in 1548 Unbo irohashu dictionary, which glosses baka 馬鹿 as meaning "指鹿曰馬" "point at a deer and say horse" however the term throughout the years has been used as a slang term for "Stupid" "Fool" "Idiot" (In truth there are about 30 definitions of that word I just don't feel like listing them all) and a Synonyms of Fool as well as the Synonyms for idiot is retarded, established by the online Websters dictionary definition two. So its only offensive to be who have metal retardation if you take it out of the context in which I originally said it in which case would be the first definition... and in truth the word by itself only means "To cause to move or proceed slowly; delay or impede."or "To be delayed" because it comes from the french word "retarder" which means to slow down.
And just because your probably wondering, I have read a 1227 page dictionary because I was bored, and its one of my biggest pet peeves when people try and take what I say out of context and make it sound like I was saying something else when I'm really not. Also I am not in anyway being disrespectful to you by posting this, nor in any way am I flaming ranting or making any other disrespectful gesture, nor am I implying any disrespectful actions by posting this. Simply put this is my response to your post as well as my observations about the word "Retarded" and "Baka".
