its a winged dragon of RA from a limited edition game of yu-gi-oh. I forgot the specs but you should be able to finds it (my friends friend is selling it)

if I recall, Ra's attack and defense power equaled the combined total of the 3 monsters used to summon it. along with some other bull honkey that made it better than the other two
