I got a text from someone going "hey do you have eggs at your house?" a few years ago. I asked who it was and they said, "Oh sorry Ash that wasn't meant for you."

So this person double failed. They sent it to the wrong person, and by even doing that, they sent it to the wrong person.
How does one accomplish this level of failure?
