I think it's a psychological thing... people are raised around crime, or abused and want to let out their anger on someone else... I caught a kid trying to pick my pocket the other day, and made him tell me his adress... I looked at the place, which was way outside of the city, and it was delapitated, destroyed... basically, the kid and his family were living in extreme poverty... I've been sending $100 a week ever since, and have been writing to the kid, who's name is Ben...
