Little tip i learned one time when i was overstimulated from videogames:

-lie in bed

-tense muscles for 1 minute

-release

yoga is quite effective for insomnia  ^_^

Its not insomnia... Had to pick up a friend from an airport (Which I am NOT doing again... see the 'counting to 1,000,000' thread to find out why) and had to work all day...
