Pho is... Amazing. Rice noodle and beef soup, they also sell some awesome french/vietnamese sandwiches, stews and broken rice dishes.
National dish of vietnam.
 
Apparently I'm a bit too exotic for most locals because I void the flank and brisket for tendon and tripe but whatever. Mix in some siracha and it's incredible.
