[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed, and looked up towards the ceiling.

[Cifero Windtail]

Zanthe gave Acon a puzzled look, resting a hand on her chin. "Seriously, are you sure we haven't met?"

[Aconitum]

Acon pursed her lips in thought. "No, I know we know each other, I just can't imagine it was on the streets. Have we met through... Do you know anything about the Loviens? Maybe we met at a party."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray checked the van's clock, and blanched. "M-Miss Lovien? Can we continue this conversation at a later date?"

[Aconitum]

Acon waved a paw nonchalantly in the air. "What's the hurry? You're only on a drive, yes? What's a few more minutes?"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray bit the inside of his lip, hard, before speaking. "W-Well, t-there's a few things we n-need to do. P-Please, i-it's..." He paused a few moments, wracking his brain for a good excuse. "I-I need to get money into my sister's checking account. S-She had asked a few days ago, and I don't want to keep her waiting. Please, can we continue this later?" For a brief moment, Ray looked anxious, as (for what he knew) his sister's life was on the line.

[Aconitum]

Acon shot Ray a look that suggested she would do terrible, unspeakable things to him if he didn't shut his trap. "Rayleonarde..." She hissed.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked. "N-Nevermind." He said quietly, hoping Acon would forgive him.

[Aconitum]

Acon smiled and nodded then. "That's better. Now, how much money do you need to save her, or is robbing me blind a mandatory step to getting her back?"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked. "W-What? I-I'm not t-trying to rob a-anyone, m-miss Lovien. A-And my s-sister is fine, she just w-wants a little m-more money f-for her travels." He bit the inside of his lip, hard enough to draw blood.

[Aconitum]

Acon sighed and shook her head. "Ray, you're not as slick as you think you are. I haven't seen your sister in a long ass time, you're hanging out on the street with some woman I may or may not know in this van... I mean..." She sighed again as she climbed back out of the window. "Okay. Okay. I'll play along. Listen, tell your sister that i need to see her when she comes back from her 'travels'." 

[Rayleonarde]

Ray nodded, and spoke quietly. "R-Right. I-I'll let her know."

[Cifero Windtail]

Zanthe felt a dull memory start to come to light when Ray ended the conversation more or less. It was for the best that she didn't reveal her identity here... she'd been using a disguised voice, anyway. "Yes... By the way, do you have any enemies?"

[Aconitum]

Acon began walking away from the van and back down the street like she originally was going to do.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray breathed a sigh of relief, and continued towards the casino. "O-Okay...s-so that happened."
