*Gaia looked up at Geoff for a second before collapsing to the side, passed out. It seems Zarco wasn't the only one who didn't escape hell intact. A better look at her reveals scars, cuts, bruises all over her body. Her clothing had tears in them, which looked like they were caused by whip marks. But apart from that, she had lost a quite a bit of blood. Her stripes returned to a green colour*

Clare nodded and smiled. "Yeah," she said, stretching a little. "... Huh?" The wolf cocked her head, frowning. "Are you okay, Alka?"

[Zarconite]

Zarco - *Zarco caught Gaia and sat himself up*

*whew*
.. I'm glad that didn't end badly..
We should get her back to the apartments and heal her.. she's not in that good of a shape either

[The Past]

"I-I can't do any more healing," Geoff admitted with dismay. "I'm outta juice..."

[Zarconite]

Zarco - I might be able to do something, but I'm not really that capable with magic now
<quietly> where's Leon when you need him..

*Zarco's stripes changed to green as he tried to channel healing magics into Gaia*

*The healing didn't do much, but managed to stop any bleeding. Gaia remained unconscious though*

Zarco - *looked quite a bit weaker, he managed to just about get to his feet*
Geoff.. can.. you give me a hand getting.. Gaia back?

[The Past]

"Yeah..."

Geoff carefully picked Gaia up.

Zarco - *held one of Gaia's arms around his shoulder and made his way back*
<thinking> okay, Just get back then you can rest up again.. all three of us are safe now

I get out of the room, inside is a mess with boxes all over the place as I packed.

[Tina]

Ace was back at the apartments and went in the kitchen.

Zarco - *arrived back at the apartments with Geoff and Gaia - he set her down on one of the couches and sat down just next to her*
I'm going to rest up for now.. I really shouldn't be using magic so soon..

*he closed his eyes and slowly fell asleep*

There wasn't much, just a bed, thing with a bunch of wine bottles, velvet curtains and a dresser with a shrine on it.
"Be careful with my shrine to Iomodae." Sierra says.

"Rggh... ain't that the truth," Clare said, looking over at Alka and just leaning against him. "Ugh... Remind me not to drink so much next time... Or at all..." She grinned despite her discomfort. "How do you feel?"


Cifero glanced over at the shrine as he pulled a feather duster seemingly out of nowhere. "If it's important, then perhaps I should leave cleaning it to you," he asked, starting to dust the ceiling. "... I take it that Iomodae is your deity? You said you were a paladin, so..."

(Sorry I am heavily distracted right now.)

"Yes she is the goddess of valor, justice and righteousness. Her light is what keeps me safe in dark times." Sierra says.

[The Past]

"Aye... I'll try to muster up enough power to heal more..."

After making sure Gaia was stable, Geoff walked into the kitchen and tried to think about what to eat. He was more concerned with the health of his friends than filling his belly, but he was no help to them without his magic.
