*Alka nodded* Alka: I never lock it. That'll probably be my undoing, but eh... *Alka kissed Clare's cheek as he flapped his wings a few times and rose into the air, slowly approaching his window*

"Who said that?" Ace said looked to see where Kammy was but couldn't Being very gentle Kammy took hold of his hands which made him almost jump out of his skin.
"It's ok...the reason you can't see a lot of things is because of how your eyes work. You only see the living, not the unliving." kammy said trying to be calming. Ace did calm down a little.
"So your not alive...but how?"
"I can explain later. It may help if we see your true form, so that we can tell what you are." Kammy says.
"My true form...ok." Ace's body melts away into something that looks like the picture.

Clare curled up in Alka's arms. "... Are any of my clothes in your room? I think I left some in there."




Cifero widened his eyes.

"Just as i thought, tell me what you are doing here?" Kammy asked
"I was a slave to my lord, Targaspooth, until i bumped into books that floated in my home plane the Dark Tapestry. I learned to read them as them as I they were based on touch and they spoke of your realm. It sounded beautiful, so I searched for a way into your realm but my lord got angry. He sent my kin to capture me but I got out even so." Ace put a tentacle on kammy his multiple eyes crying.
"...I am here, but I can't see it's beauty. What good is being free if I can't see it." Ace closed his eyes and wheeled.
"...I'm sorry." Kammy didn't want to but gave him a hug. It felt really gross.
"...what are you doing?" Ace asked.
"Hugging you...we do this when someone is sad."
"...it feels nice...keep doing it."

Kro woke up. He was alone.

That almost seemed to play into his advantage. Since Vulki wasn't here, he got up, got changed into his hoodie, jeans and scarf, and sat out on the balcony, eating some toast. It tasted shit. Everything tasted that way for some reason. Pizza, bacon, anything. It tasted akin to eating hydrocarbon composites... Or coal. He had to anyway, since he needed to refill his carbon bloodstream. He sat out on there for a while, playing his guitar.

"I'm going to go the training centre. Want to train with me?" Arcizo asked.

"Ok, sure. Sounds fun", Ulvus replied, standing up. "How do you fight?", he asked, holding out a hand, to help Arcizo get up.

Arcizo grabs Ulvus' paw, "Relentlessly" He replies with a smile.

"Sounds like my cup of tea", Ulvus said, chuckling a bit. "Just give me a moment, I'm gonna go get my blade", he added, going for the stairs.

[Arcizo]

"Okay" Arcizo replied. "I already have my stuff, I'll wait here." Arcizo said, stood next to the bottom of the stairs.

Ulvus gave a little nod, as he went up the stairs and into his apartment, put his sheath on his back, with the blade in, and went down the stairs again. "Ok, I'm ready", he said, smiling.

"Let's go then" Arcizo replied, smiling. He then walked towards the training centre.
