The creatures dodged, those that did not dodge, disintegrated, letting parts of their essence fall to city below... Eventually they would reform. But for now they were out of it.

One of them screams, sounding exactly like the person they were mimicking. even in death they taunted Kro. The first couple of demons come in range of Kro, slicing at him with razor sharp talons.

"My advice." Grunan states. "Go to a hospital." He tries to slam the door, but Angder sticks a foot in the door. "Yes he is refusing for a dumb reason" Angder states. "But can you at least hear him out on his issue. I would rather he did not drop dead."

Grunan sighs, and opens the door, standing to one side to let Xander in.

[Grovygrunge]

Xander nodded to Grunan to show his appreciation and stepped inside. "I'll try to make this quick. I'm sure you'd much rather me gone sooner than later."

[Kromas Ndorai]

Kro flinched as the talons cut into him, and moved back. He brought his arms up, and then together in front of him, bringing two smoke chains together, slashing whatever was in front of him. Kro began to almost switch off. The screams... They were no longer a thing of fear, but... A trophy. Triumph.

No, he wouldn't let himself fallcback down that hole. Instead, he took flight, heading for the cells where his weapons should be located. He used more smoke to boost himself along.

[Angder]

More creatures emerged, more screams, more beings disintegrated. Perhaps it was almost painful to realize that the vast majority of these things did not even die. Just dissolved, falling dormant between the flagstones.

Not a threat though... not physically.

[Tina]

"Later we should go buy me new clothes. I keep getting mine ruined and a paladin shouldn't wear something that shows off her foxiness." Sierra said going downstairs.

[Kromas Ndorai]

Kro arrived at the cells, and promptly ran inside, searching for his weapons. After a quick look, he picks them up from the desk. There was also a gem... It seemed to have some sort of swirling thing inside it. Without a second thought, he pocketed it, and absconded, taking flight once more. His mask was beginning to stain black.

She nodded. "Definitely a class act."


She finished the sandwich in a gulp and started on the milkshake. "Mmmm it's so creamy... niiiiec..."

[The Past]

Geoff led Talia and Arcizo through the forest to a hill. A large rock lay flat against the incline.
The bear placed his right hand on the rock, then he turned to the others.

"Uh, can you plug your ears for a moment? Then quickly follow me."

Geoff leaned his face close to the rock and whispered words of what sounded like a strange foreign language.

"Lutenfir rringat."

He jumped through the rock.

"The milkshake is good, I hear", Ulvus said, chuckling. "Wonder how the Pepsi is", he added, as he took a slurp.

[Cifero Windtail]

"Later we should go buy me new clothes. I keep getting mine ruined and a paladin shouldn't wear something that shows off her foxiness." Sierra said going downstairs.

Cifero chuckled and followed Sierra out. "Be honest... you did that on purpose, didn't you?" he asked, closing the door behind him.

[Angder]

One final figure met Kro as he headed for the exit of note, amid the swarms of dust... This version of Vulki was in color. It looked specially formed, it did not fight. It just looked down at Kro, from the top of the stairs. "I love you... Kro... but I can never understand you. I could never do both." She states. "You enjoyed killing me... didn't you... again and agaain~" The figure dissolves, returning to dust, not even screaming.

The city falls silent. Not dead, just dormant.

[Tina]

Sierra face was red again.
"I-i don't know what your talking about." Sierra says trying to stay serious.

"...ok." Talia repeated the phrase and holding Reyela tight jumped through.

She nods slurping happliy.


"Mhmm! How is the pepsi?"

[The Past]

Kro landed just in front if where the dust had been. On a side note, he had seen a white wolf, with green eyes and a robe on the way here... But now, he fell to his knees, holding the back of his head.

"Heheh... Heh..."
He held the crystal he found in one hand. Upon further inspection, it seemed to contain some sort of smoke.

He clenched his fist, shattering the crystal. The smoke flowed up, into his mask, leaving him breathless. The world swam in front of him.

"Lies... All of it... You can't break me. I seem weak... Exiled. No. My heart..."

He walked up the stairs, and onto the pedastal. He looked up.

"It is stronger than stone."

Kro began to return to the surface.
