"Oh man!" she looks up at the waitress. "Thank you!"


She grins a smile a little too wide for her mouth and starts nomming on the sandwich. You can see her face melt in pure bliss.


"Okay... this is good... this is so good..."

[Kromas Ndorai]

Kro punched out at the one infont of him mercilessly , as in all honesty, he didn't have much emotional attachment to any of these faces... Except the one at the back. A few manage to cut across his chest, cutting into him, and the one that goes for his wing slices it, restarting the forming process. He aims to elbow it in the face. Or whatever it was.

"All these faces... They mean nothing."

[Grovygrunge]

"Wait what? Really? Well I suppose so." Xander shrugged. "Well alright, sure let's go then. You don't have to drag me though, I can walk perfectly fine."

"Thank you", Ulvus said, smiling at the waitress. As he took his first bite, it was like biting into a melted land of goodness. "Oh sweet lord in the heavens", he said, as he tilted his head upwards, closing his eyes.

She nodded in agreement, taking another bite, closing her eyes and letting the cheese melt in her mouth.


"See? Good diner... very good diner..."

[Angder]

The faces on all of the dust demons begins to distort. except Vulki's. She steps forward. "Then I guess you are still one of us. No better. No worse."

Suddenly, one that had been Angder raises his head, A familiar fox looks out. "That is true of course. Right?"

"why did you leave Kromas Ndorai ?" The form that had been Zarc asks. "You could have been powerful. You could have been one of us. Or are you hiding something?" The laughter begins again, and another set of claws attack Kro. "Maybe you should have no emotion Kro. No looove. Who knows when it could go wrong? when it could... fail." The one at the back taunts. "Might not even be us who end it. It might be you."

Angder blinks, and leads Xander upstairs.

"Awesome diner", he said, with a wide smile on his face, as he took another bite. "We have to eat here mire often"

[Kromas Ndorai]

Kro's face dropped, as the anger held back the tears within his eyes.

"You... You..."

Kro throws himself into the air with his wings, finally breaking free, and allowing the set of claws to quite severely scratch his leg. He began to sap vast amounts of smoke from heavy fires. He began swirling smoke around himself, and around his hands.

"It... It will not fail. I've already **censor** up enough, enough to know how to avoid it once more."

[Grovygrunge]

Xander followed Angder upstairs in silence for most of the walk. He spoke up after a cough. "..You don't actually have to do this if you'd rather not you know?"

[Cifero Windtail]

"Alright. He should be at the base right now."

Geoff began heading out.

Sierra blushed as she was surprised by the compliment.
"...thanks, i guess your pretty handsome yourself." Sierra looked away as her face turned really red.

Talia followed Geoff.

Cifero blushed darkly and rubbed the back of his head, looking at the floor. "... Thank you," he said, swishing his tail awkwardly.

[Angder]

The various demons grin like maniacs, they saw the pain. It fueled them. "Perhaps if you had cared more... she would still be an angel... but no. You failed her... you will go on failing her. Its in your nature." The demons launched into the air, charging for Kro "You always were a screw up. To good for hell, too twisted for heaven. Too stupid for earth."

The mind games were over, It was time to get to work. their claws lengthened, their teeth became fangs. They prepared to tear Kro apart.

Angder shakes his head, and knocks on Grunan's door. An annoyed Grunan peers out. "What is the problem Angder." Angder nudges Xander. Gesturing for him to explain.

[Tina]

Sierra stayed silent for a little bit unsure of what to say.
"...maybe we should go see what other people are doing."

[Grovygrunge]

Xander glanced from Angder to Grunan. "Oh, hey Lizard Wizard. I've been having some...issues lately I guess and I refuse to go to the hospital for... reasons. So Angder brought me to you to see what's up with me." He paused for a moment. "I honestly didn't think he'd actually do that."

[Kromas Ndorai]

Kro threw his hands out, beginning to throw torrents of smoke towards the dust creatures. Smoke also rose from the crack in his mask, and his wings stretched far out to the side. Pain subsided, and turned to anger.  He also had long trails of smoke that extended from his wrists, ready to lash out at anything that got too close.

"I shouldn't exist. And if this is the truth.... Well, I can't permit you to either."

[Cifero Windtail]

Sierra stayed silent for a little bit unsure of what to say.
"...maybe we should go see what other people are doing."

"Um... y-yeah, good idea," Cifero said, slipping his knife away and fiddling with his belly button ring a little.






(Since people don't seem to know the word navel, I'll use that terminology for now. )
