The Fur Apartments: Revamped! <Closed> [PM application only]

[The Past]

((Hey Talia. Geoff became the caretaker of Reyela, recently some cultists wanted to sacrifice her to elder god Morgath, and she was kept in a safe location off-site.))

Ciara the raven, a salamander, and a deer--a trio from Geoff's magehunting clan--made their way to the apartments. In the salamander's arms was little Reyela.

Geoff walked back upstairs to see the group. His eyes widened. "W-what happened?"

"The location was compromised," the deer stated.

"Seriously?!"

"We don't know for sure if they're from the same cult," Ciara added, "but we know they were after us."

The salamander let Geoff pluck Reyela out of her arms. "But she's safe. That's all that matters."

((Also, apparently the dimensional planes separating the hells and the heavens from the realm of the apartments is thinning. We have 3 new members now as well. Alka and Clare are currently out on a date and I don't think Cif has made any progress in fixing Sierra's body))

Rhosyn dashed down the stairs, her blade Plaguebringer strapped to her back, a little giddy to be able to spar again, but her hoof slid on a slick surface and she tumbled the rest of the way into the complex, landing splayed out on the ground.


"Oof! Too excited"

[Tina]

(...you did what with my child. You know my fursona isn't going to be happy.)

Talia finally was released from the hospital and returned to the apartments. Her truck pulled into parking lot and she got out.

"I can't believe how long it's been...I hope Reyela is ok."

[Hydragon]

Hydragon was outside tweaking a little cube."put this to that and..."the cube shook,deployed legs and began to walk making a warping noise as it moved."yes it works"He turned off the cube and put it in his pocket.

[The Past]

((Geoff tried his hardest to keep her safe, don't worry. Besides, the plot involving her wasn't my idea. ))

Geoff brought Reyela into the garden as Ciara looked out the window.

"Talia's arrived," Ciara told Geoff, "How should we break the news?"

"Wh--Oh god, I don't even know," Geoff muttered nervously as he played with the child. "Y-You're better with words than I am..."

[Tina]

Talia was looking for anyone who could tell her where her child was and wandered into the garden. She saw Geoff and hurried over and as soon as Reyela saw mom she began to squirm in Geoffs arms.
"Momma!" She cried with tears of joy in her eyes.
"Oh baby, I missed you so much." Talia said who was also crying.

[The Past]

Geoff relaxed and smiled seeing their joy and carefully handed the child to Talia. "Welcome home, Talia. I'm glad you're alright."

Rhosyn stood herself up and saw the gathering in the garden area of the complex.


"...Stay... Watch... observe..." she heard whisper in her ear. Dusting herself off she attempted to look casual, watching the nearby group, mother holding child, and strangely Geoff standing in the middle of it. If her curiosity wasn't already piqued before, it was now.

[Tina]

Talia hugged Reyela, rubbing her back as they both cried.
"I promise I won't leave you again." Talia said looking into Reyela's eyes.
"Momma, bad men *sniff* bad men come an try to...try to..." Reyela buried her face in Talia's chest and continued crying. Talia had stopped though and looked at Geoff.
"Geoff...who are these..."bad men"." Talia was now starting to look angry.

[The Past]

Geoff's ears lowered with dismay. "S-some people... are after her..."

"Your daughter's abilities sparked the interest of a nearby cult," Ciara explained. "We've all been keeping her protected until we get them sorted."

[Tina]

"...tell me where they are. Now!" Talia growled as she began glowing a red aura.
"...Momma?" Reyela shivered as Talia looked very scary. Seeing this Talia took a couple breaths and calmed down.
"I'm sorry baby." Talia hugged Reyela but still looked expectantly at Geoff.

[The Past]

"That's the problem," the deer replied. "We don't know. The only suspected location of their base turned out negative. We have a few people trying to track them down."

[Tina]

"Alright but when you find them I want to know immediately. No one comes after my child and lives." Talia said and heard someone coming. She turned and saw it was Kammy.
"God how do you people stand all these gaudy plants. In my opinion, all you need is roses." Kammy said.
"...and you are?" Talia asked having never met Kammy.
"Kammy, and hi Geoff...you wouldn't mind if had a bite." Kammy said licking her lips at Geoff.
