After a few hours, Kro had returned to the treehouse. He fell asleep on the sofa.

Had eaten most of her meal before she passed out on the bed, curled up in her wings.

David sighed as he wandered around the apartment to check on his mail or what the others are up to...

Kro woke up on the sofa. His head ached a bit, but he sat up.

Was still asleep her body covered by her wings, breathing heavily on the bed.

Kro stood up, and quickly checking on Vulki, decided it was best to let her sleep. He hoped it was the right thing. He busied himself by making some breakfast and cleaning up a little.

"Take me down to the river bend, take me down to the fighting end.
Wash the poison from off my skin, show me how to be whole again."

If he knew what Vulki wanted to eat, he would've made it. Dammit.

Kro had not realised Vulki was awake. He continued cooking and singing.

After Xander and his father had finished his tea, Xander went to leave and head back to the apartments. Like he did with Grunan earlier he offered to let Xander keep the cup but he refused. "You'll end up poor if you keep giving so willingly." He then headed back home.
