Mal addressed the thing. "Ah. so you are the things attacking the ship. how are you?"

He did not expect a response. but it was worth a try.

[Dubaku]

*Dubaku grabs its injector and rips it off* Not so tough now, are ya, m****f****?! *the infector rampantly flies around for a means of escape; Dubaku grabs Ray's pistol and shoots it dead*

[Rayleonarde]

Ray blinked, and took a step back. "W-What the hell was that thing!?"

[Angder]

"Horrifically rude. if they infest the medical bay, where shall we head instead?"

[Dubaku]

It's some sort of infector. Don't let it get close to you or any corpses... dealing with enough of them as it is. *he turns to Agder* I'd suggest we hit up the nearest armory. Maybe find something a bit more useful.

[Angder]

"Agreed! Lead the way!" Mal declared.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray shook his head. "I-I don't have a clearance card. W-We can't get in unless it's unlocked, or one of the higher-ups i-is willing to part w-with theirs."

[Dubaku]

Or we could just steal it off a dead one. That seems like the lesser pain in the ass.

[Angder]

"Or we could just shoot the door. and go in that way." Mal stated. "Sometimes the simplest solution is the best."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed. "I wish it was that easy. The cards stop working after they're a few feet away from whoever owns it." He rubbed the back of his head. "Kept pickpockets from getting in, though." He looked at Mal. "You think my little zapper'll punch through military grade steel?" Ray took the pistol back, and started towards the elevator. "Come on, we'll get to the security office."

[Angder]

Mal sighed. "Lead the way"

[Dubaku]

I remember that from some game... came out a long time ago, though. My great grandparents remember that game. *he chuckles* Anyways, those doors are reinforced, a pistol ain't gonna do. One of us can carry the body. *he stops the two* Guys, i know it doesn't sound the most attractive plan, but, come on.

[Angder]

Mal Stopped. "I am NOT carrying a body... but if you two are willing then sure."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray shook his head. "I can set up a card for myself." He stepped into the elevator, and waited for the others to arrive.

Mal followed Ray.
