Kano went soaring through the air, and landed on his back. He stood up, and grit his bleeding teeth. Kano charged, and delivered a flying kick, aimed at Crest's teeth.

*Crest smiled* with pleasure. *he stamped on the floor and ten thousand earth needles came out of the floor at both sides. They fly into kano and blood goes everywhere. Crest then creates a earth coffin and traps him in it.* see you later. *he says and sends the coffin to as far down as he can never to be seen again*

Animals mostly. They cook it with oil and grease. Despite it's utter unhealthiness and lack of any nutrition, it is quite delicious. Unless you want to pay more for more nutritious foods.
