They were given to him by one of the foxes along with the foxgloves.. considering he's a wolf and was 'working for them' I nearly managed to mindcontrol him but it was clear something was in those cookies

I blacked out though after trying and I dont remember much..

Its nice having you here Talia, I wouldnt know what to do if you didnt have that potion

I dont know if you can learn anything from weapon enchantments..
but this weapon is a bit werid..
It can speed up the movement speed of whoever is wielding it
