She shrugged and left her there, crawling back to Veronica, Jerry, and Jesse. "There's no others. I found a girl but she's too disoriented to be of any use or help to me. Now this is the only way out of the rubble." She motioned to the tunnels behind her, "This is the way to my floor, on the lft. This to the bottom floor and freedom, to the right. And in the center, a dead end, for confusing purposes. I was robbed once while I worked here, it won't happen again." She pointed and the tunnel on the left, "I need to fetch some things from my office, I'll eet you downstairs. Take he right tunnel til it ends, make a left and keep going." She nodded then slipped into the rubble, ignoring all three tunnels. Shwe slid slowly through the boards, wires and varous dangerous things.

She listened to Artemas' instructions and nodded as she watched Artemas slip back into the rubble. She took the tunnel on the right and crawled onward, Jerry following closely behind. So close, in fact, that every once in a while his hand would end up landing on her shoe as they crawled. She knew he wanted to get out as badly as she did, so she didn't blame him for crawling fast.

She got to her office and grabbed her files, other weapons and some bottles she couldn't let perish in the rubble. She ran back to the debris, tunneling through and catching up to veronica. She tapped her lightly on the shoulder through the rubble. "Ello. ^^"

[Vee Katame: His Wolfy]

She jumps slightly and assumes it's Jerry. "What Jerry?" "What? I didn't do anything...the person that tapped you is in the rubble." "Huh?" She looks to the side and realizes that it's Artemas' hand. "Oh, it's you. Did you get what you needed to?"

"Why are you carrying stuff? We need to get the heck out of here!"

(normal day in New York.in pakr getting in line for ferry to Statue of Liberty,then all hell goes loose.......)

"mommie,look!"looks over at plane slamming into World Trade Center,

stares blanklessly as a few chunks of falling debris falls into water,

then,making water crash over ferry,"mommie!!!!"

falls over ferry,into water,looking at skie,tears flowing over cheek

Artemas smiled. "These are worth more than my life. I won't leave them behind for theives. Now let me in front, I found a faster way down, if you can fit."

"Oh I'll probably fit. By the way. What's in those things? Pictures?"

"Ok, anyway that'll get us out of here faster." She moved so that Artemas could lead the way. She wondered why this guy was asking Artemas these questions. It's something important, why didn't he just leave it at that? She shook her head. Stop being mean, you idiot. You don't even know the guy and you're in the middle of a disaster with him. Give him a break. She thought to herself.

[Dr. Strange]

Artemas grinned mischeviously. "I'll show you when we get out of here, ok?" She moved in front and descended to the bottom, opening a small door and shoving her bundles through. "Now, one at a time. This is gonna be a little hard but if we make it, well..." She shrugged, straightening in the doorway to her full 5'4" height. Slipping through the door and taking a running leap, she landed gracefullly on the other side. She motioned them to do the same. "This is my apartment. The cops are gonna be here soon. COME ON!!" She shouted back, draping her legs over the edge and holding out her hands to them.

She looked around then jumped back, tunneling back into the building to find more kids. She came across a little boy, "Yo, kid. Where ya goin?" She shouted, running to him.

(that was REALLIE nice,jessjess.....i went to NY this summer and we actuallie got on a ferry to go to the Statue of Liberty,theeeeen we went to ground zero)

groans and gets up,floating on metal slab in water,then slab floats to edge of lake,

"w---what happened........"i said,seeing people running around crazily,then i look at World Trade

Center and see people running around in there,"mommie?"i said,jogging over to rubbage,only to see an arm

under it,not moving,"MOOOOOOMMIE!!!!!!!"i yell..

Artemas heard a shout and poked her head outr the window. "Yea?" She shouted back.

She watched Artemas jump back, shrugged, and jumped forward across the gap. Jerry jumped after her, losing his balance on the edge, and she grabbed his arm, pulling him in, before he fell.
